About MLSocial
MLSocial is a platform being developed to help real estate professionals create, review, organize, and prepare social-media content related to property listings and their business.
Authorized use
You may use MLSocial only for lawful business purposes and only with listing information, images, branding, and other materials you are authorized to use. You are responsible for confirming that all content is accurate before sharing or publishing it.
Listing and social content
MLSocial does not replace your brokerage, MLS, platform, advertising, licensing, or compliance obligations. You remain responsible for reviewing content for accuracy, fair-housing compliance, required disclosures, copyrights, and platform rules before publication.
Third-party platforms
Certain MLSocial features may connect with third-party services such as social-media platforms. Those services have their own terms, privacy policies, technical requirements, and approval processes. Availability of any connection or publishing feature may change at any time.
Intellectual property
MLSocial, its name, branding, software, designs, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, distribute, or use MLSocial materials except as expressly permitted in writing.
No warranty
MLSocial is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that content, integrations, or platform features will always be available, error-free, approved by a third party, or appropriate for every business use.
Updates
We may update these Terms as MLSocial develops. Continued use of MLSocial after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
