MLSocial is a real-estate social-content platform designed to help agents create polished marketing content from authorized listing information. We respect your privacy and are committed to handling information responsibly, transparently, and only for legitimate MLSocial product purposes.

Information We May Collect

Depending on how MLSocial is used, we may collect:

• Contact information you provide, such as your name, email address, brokerage, or account details.
• Agent branding details you choose to save, such as your headshot, name, logo, contact information, and preferred branding.
• Listing facts, media, and marketing content that you provide or that MLSocial receives through an authorized brokerage, MLS, or data-provider connection.
• Information from a social-platform account only when you choose to connect that account through an official authorization process.
• Basic technical information needed to operate, secure, and improve the MLSocial service.

How We Use Information

MLSocial may use information to provide and improve the service, create requested marketing content, save user preferences, support authorized integrations, protect the platform, communicate with users, and meet legal or compliance obligations.

MLSocial does not sell personal information.

Authorized Listing and Social Data

MLSocial is designed to use listing facts and media only through authorized sources. MLSocial does not claim permission to pull listing data or photos from MLS websites, Zillow, brokerage sites, or other sources without approval.

When We Share Information

We may share information with service providers that help operate MLSocial, with authorized brokerage or platform partners when necessary to provide a requested feature, or when required by law. We do not share information for unrelated third-party marketing.

Data Retention and Deletion Requests

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to operate MLSocial, meet legal obligations, resolve issues, and enforce agreements.

You may request deletion of your MLSocial account information or data by emailing founder@mlsocial.ai with the subject line “MLSocial Data Deletion Request.” We will verify the request and delete applicable data unless we are legally required or permitted to retain it.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information. No online system can guarantee absolute security, but MLSocial is designed to limit access and protect data appropriately.
